Call for Associate Editors
The Journal of Next-Generation Research 5.0 (JNGR 5.0) invites applications from researchers interested in serving as Associate Editors.
Role of Associate Editors
Associate Editors support the peer-review process within their areas of expertise. Their responsibilities include managing assigned submissions, selecting and inviting reviewers, evaluating reviewer reports, and providing recommendations to the Editor-in-Chief. Editorial decisions are made in accordance with the journal’s policies and based on academic merit.
Selection Criteria
Candidates are evaluated based on their academic qualifications, research experience, and familiarity with scholarly publishing. Consideration is given to the following:
- Academic background in relevant research fields
- Experience in research and scholarly publication
- Prior involvement in peer review or editorial activities (preferred)
- Knowledge of academic publishing standards and ethics
- Ability to provide objective and timely evaluations
The selection process is conducted by the editorial leadership.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants are expected to have an active research profile. A PhD or equivalent academic qualification is recommended. Publications in peer-reviewed journals are required.
Terms of Appointment
Associate Editor positions are voluntary and unpaid. This role is considered an academic service. Editorial responsibilities are performed independently of financial considerations.
