1. Open Access Policy

JNGR 5.0 is an open-access journal dedicated to disseminating research findings to the broadest audience. All articles published in JNGR 5.0 are freely accessible online immediately upon publication, without subscription fees or any access barriers.

2. Copyright and Licensing

Authors retain copyright of their work published in JNGR 5.0.

- Articles published before February 3, 2025 remain under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) , allowing remixing and building upon the work non-commercially with proper attribution and under the same terms.

- Articles submitted and published from February 3, 2025, onwards will be licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0) , allowing both commercial and non-commercial use with proper attribution, provided that adaptations are shared under the same terms.

3. Publication Fees

Standard Article Fee: €100 for up to two authors.

Additional Authors: €10 per additional author.

4. User Rights

- For articles published before February 3, 2025: Users may freely read, download, distribute, and print the full texts of these articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, **provided that the use is non-commercial** and adheres to the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license .

- For articles published from February 3, 2025, onwards: Users may freely read, download, distribute, and print the full texts of these articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, **including commercial use**, as long as proper attribution is given and any adaptations are shared under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license .

5. Archiving Policy

Authors are encouraged to archive the final published version of their articles in personal or institutional repositories immediately after publication, promoting accurate citation and reuse under the applicable Creative Commons license (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 for articles before February 3, 2025, and CC BY-SA 4.0 for articles from February 3, 2025, onwards).

6. Reuse and Permissions

- For articles published before February 3, 2025: No commercial use of the works is permitted. Adaptations must be shared under the same CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license .
