The Article Processing Charge (APC) is intended to cover the operational costs associated with the publication process in an open-access model. These include:
- Manuscript formatting and basic copyediting in accordance with the journal’s editorial guidelines
- Online publication and hosting of accepted articles on the journal website
- Metadata preparation to support accurate indexing and discoverability
- Assignment of a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) through Crossref for persistent identification
The APC is not related to editorial decision-making. All submissions are evaluated through a peer-review process based on academic merit and in accordance with the journal’s editorial policies.
