The Journal of Next-Generation Research 5.0 (JNGR 5.0) applies Article Processing Charges (APCs) for manuscripts that have been formally accepted for publication.

  • APCs are requested only after acceptance.

What the Article Processing Charge Covers

The Article Processing Charge (APC) is intended to cover the operational costs associated with the publication process in an open-access model. These include:

  • Manuscript formatting and basic copyediting in accordance with the journal’s editorial guidelines
  • Online publication and hosting of accepted articles on the journal website
  • Metadata preparation to support accurate indexing and discoverability
  • Assignment of a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) through Crossref for persistent identification

The APC is not related to editorial decision-making. All submissions are evaluated through a peer-review process based on academic merit and in accordance with the journal’s editorial policies.

  • Editorial decisions are based solely on academic merit, originality, and relevance.

  • APCs are not considered during the editorial or peer-review process.

  • The journal adheres to recognized ethical standards in scholarly publishing.
