Information For Authors
Author Guidelines
At JNGR 5.0, we are committed to fostering a rigorous academic environment where cutting-edge research meets the highest standards of scholarly integrity. To submit a manuscript to JNGR 5.0, authors must ensure that their contributions are original, have not been previously published, nor are they under consideration for publication elsewhere. This adherence to originality is crucial in maintaining the quality and integrity of our journal. Our manuscript submission process is designed to be thorough yet efficient, ensuring that each submission receives the careful attention it deserves from our dedicated editorial team.
Publishing articles in JNGR 5.0 incurs a fee that covers the costs associated with manuscript handling and the peer review process. The standard fee is €100 for up to two authors, with an additional €10 required for each subsequent author. This fee is payable upon acceptance of the manuscript for publication, ensuring that all logistical and administrative expenses are met. It is important for prospective authors to prepare their manuscripts in clear, concise English, adhering strictly to the structural guidelines provided by the journal. Research articles should include sections such as an abstract, keywords, introduction, research objectives, and a literature review, among others. Academic articles follow a similar structure with slight variations, including background information, insights, applications, and a strong emphasis on conclusions and references.
Writing and Ethical Standards
Each manuscript should adhere to a structured format that enhances clarity and scholarly relevance. For research articles, this includes a well-defined abstract, a comprehensive literature review, detailed methodology, and clear presentation of results, followed by a thoughtful discussion and conclusion. Academic articles, on the other hand, should focus on providing background, detailed insights, practical applications, and robust conclusions, supported by figures and tables where necessary. It is imperative that all submissions adhere to ethical publishing standards, free of plagiarism and prior publication.
References must be meticulously formatted according to the Vancouver style, which facilitates consistency and accuracy in academic citations. To assist our authors in meeting these requirements, JNGR 5.0 provides templates for both research and academic articles, as well as a copyright permission form. These documents are available for download on our journal’s website and are integral to the submission process. You can access these resources on our Publication Guidelines page. Furthermore, we uphold a strict privacy statement to ensure that the personal information of our authors and reviewers—such as names and email addresses—is used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party. This commitment to privacy and ethical standards underscores our dedication to the integrity and quality of the scholarly discourse fostered by JNGR 5.0.
