Author Guidelines - JNGR 5.0

Manuscript Submission

By submitting a manuscript to the Journal of Next-Generation Research 5.0 (JNGR 5.0), authors confirm that the work is original, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Manuscripts must be submitted in English. Submissions in French are also accepted, provided that the title, abstract, and keywords are written in English to ensure accessibility for an international readership.

Important Note: Simplified Manuscript Submission

To support authors who may experience technical issues, browser incompatibilities, or unfamiliarity with the submission platform, JNGR 5.0 offers a Simplified Manuscript Submission option. This secure alternative allows authors to upload manuscripts without immediate registration.

While the official submission system is strongly recommended for optimal tracking and communication, the simplified submission form serves as an accessibility backup. Manuscripts submitted via this route are manually processed, and authors are subsequently registered in the system to ensure full integration into the editorial workflow.

All manuscripts submitted through the simplified form undergo the same editorial screening, peer-review, and ethical evaluation as those submitted through the official submission system.

Article Publishing Costs (APCs)

Article Processing Charges (APCs) do not influence editorial or peer-review decisions, which are based solely on academic merit.

JNGR 5.0 applies publication fees to cover manuscript handling, peer-review coordination, and publication costs. APCs are payable only after formal acceptance of the manuscript.

Publication Fees:

  • Up to 2 authors: USD 100

  • Additional authors (3 or more): USD 10 per additional author

Submission and Publication Process

All submissions undergo a double-blind peer-review process prior to acceptance. The review process typically takes up to two weeks, depending on the scope of the manuscript and reviewer availability. Notification is sent to the corresponding author upon completion of the review.

Once a manuscript is accepted:

  1. The publication fee must be paid.

  2. Authors must provide proof of payment (screenshot or photo).

  3. Authors must download, read, and complete the Copyright Permission and Undertaking Forms using PDF reader software.

  4. The completed forms and proof of payment must be uploaded via the following link:

After final verification, accepted articles are scheduled for publication and made available online shortly thereafter.
