Role of Associate Editors

Ensuring timely handling of manuscripts

Recognition of Associate Editor Service

Associate Editor contributions are recognized through:

Annual public acknowledgement on the journal website
Official certificates of associate editorial service (available upon request)
Confirmation letters for institutional or professional reporting
Recognition of academic service suitable for CVs and academic evaluations

Recognition reflects academic service only and does not imply endorsement of specific editorial decisions or published content.

Voluntary and Independent Service

Associate Editor positions at JNGR 5.0 are voluntary academic service roles.

Associate Editors are not financially compensated
Editorial recommendations are independent of manuscript acceptance outcomes
Associate Editor activity is not linked to Article Processing Charges (APCs)

Annual Acknowledgement Schedule

The Annual Acknowledgement of Associate Editors will be published starting in 2027 and will recognize Associate Editors who contributed to the editorial process during the preceding publication year.
