The Journal of Next-Generation Research 5.0 (JNGR 5.0) is published and administered by a legally registered publishing company. Article Processing Charges (APCs) are applied solely to support the operational and administrative costs of scholarly publishing, including editorial management, peer-review coordination, digital publishing infrastructure, DOI registration, metadata preparation, and long-term accessibility of published content. Editorial and peer-review decisions are made independently of financial considerations, and no financial incentives are linked to manuscript acceptance or rejection. The journal does not charge submission fees, and APCs are requested only after formal acceptance of a manuscript. The publisher maintains a clear separation between business operations and editorial decision-making, in accordance with recognized standards of ethical and transparent scholarly publishing.
